An Early Dawning…

This is a photo taken of myself, John Adams, at Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire, United Kingdom, back in 1990.

(Some of you will no doubt be surprised to see that, yes, there was a time in life when I had hair!)

Little did I know at the time that this would not be the first photo taken of me alongside a most famous person set in stone….

What a fine figure of a man you were. Nice to see you blogging at last, and to see this wonderful idea finally made manifest in cyberspace.

Well, well, well - what a lovely idea for a website.

Are there any more photos? The young lad with the big grin is a real cutie, can we have some more of him?

I'll be sure to log on in the future, do you have any of the mannerkin pis in Brussels?

Why thank you all for your kind comments.

If you're looking for more pics of a young lad with a cheesy grin and big hair you may be just a little bit disappointed, as I am really...

*sigh - those were the days*

No pix of Brussels yet either, but if you would like to send in any that you have then i'll make sure they'll get published.

Sadly i have not yet visited the Manneken Pis. This will certainly be rectified at some stage.

From tiny acorns...

Well well well, certainly didnt expect our little field trip all those years ago would eventually grow into THIS mighty effort.

Such inspiration has only spurred me to get to work on 'Stand On Your Pulpit.'

Deneal: What shall I write?

Lisa: Please can we see a picture of Scat as that guy who's thinking... what's it called?

Deneal: The Thinker?

Lisa: Yes, the Thinker - we have the props.
