Google Games...

Helloooo. My apologies for the total lack of posts in recent times, due to myself being on holiday. Apologies too for not actually warning you that I was on my hols too, not particularly good blog etiquette on my behalf…

More statues from Boston this evening, this time featuring the third member of the touring party, John VdP, (a.k.a. Housemate John). A little while back, John was explaining to his uncle that how if you plonked his full name into Uncle Google, then nothing would appear in the search relating to him. His uncle didn’t believe this so when testing out the theory, John was a little bemused to find a picture of him clutching a can of beer on the screen. Yep, slightly unbeknown to him, Stand By Your Statue had given him that new level of fame whereby his name now appears in a Google search. Hurray!

Mr VdP continues a great tradition of imitating statues with this interpretation of Samuel Eliot Morison, a famous American historian, who resided in Boston.
