Well, we’ve had a big thumb, as well as a couple of big hands, and tonight we publish the latest big body part – namely a big foot. Stood in between a pair of whopping toenails is Patty, sister of Cindy from Ohio who sent the picture in (with her permission!).
The feet belong to the Wuxi Buddha statue, which is situated in the Jiangsu province, quite near to Shanghai in China. At around 260ft tall, I think this could be the largest statue featured on the site to date, although not quite as large as some of the statues featured on this rather useful site! Thanks Cindy for bringing it to our attention nonetheless.
If you have a quick scoot along the right hand side of the site, you’ll see that I have made a few minor changes, including adding a list of all the countries featured so far. Plenty more countries to go then…
